Getting Started
New to Rise Fitness & Wellebing? Every Rise member gets a proper start - goal setting, a plan, the right classes and someone who watches out for you. From your first chat to your first class - here's how we set you up to succeed.

WE start with a conversation
Before you lift a weight or run a step, we have a relaxed 20-minute chat — in person or on a call. No pressure, no jargon. We want to know where you are right now, what you're aiming for, and what's got in the way before. Rise might be exactly what you need — let's find out together.

Your GOals
Everyone comes to Rise with something different in mind — losing weight, building strength, running your first 5K, or simply getting out of the house and moving more. Whatever yours is, we help you set targets that are honest and achievable, then build a plan around your life — not someone else's.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
We recommend every Rise member connects with MyFitnessPal — a free app that makes tracking your food, activity, and progress genuinely simple. Your Rise coach links up as a friend on the app, so you get encouragement and accountability between sessions — without it feeling like surveillance.

THE RIGHT CLASS, RIGHT AWAY
No scrolling through a timetable wondering if you're ready. Your coach will tell you exactly which sessions suit your starting point and what to expect when you walk in — whether that's a Willen Lake bootcamp, a Spin class or something in between. You'll never feel like the odd one out.

BETTER TOGETHER
One of the biggest reasons Rise members stick around is simple — they're not doing it alone. We can pair every new member up with a Rise regular who's been exactly where you are (if you want it). Expect friendly faces at your first session & every session and join our WhatsApp group for banter or a nudge when motivation dips, and likeminded people to celebrate every milestone with you.

READY TO SIGN UP
If this sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you. Book a free 20-minute chat with Cat and take the first step — no commitment, no hard sell. Just a conversation.
