OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS
FUNCTIONAL GROUP TRAINING- held at various locations across MK
An energetic outdoor session using bodyweight and equipment & may involve some short runs/hill work. Designed to build strength, stamina and community spirit.

LIFT OUTDOOR
strength based sessions held at the rugby club
A guided weights session using a mixture kettlebell, dumbbells, bar, rope, sleds and functional movements to build confidence and full-body strength, varying each week.

RIDE
indoor ride at WEST bletchley
A upbeat bike session with a mix of steady efforts and stronger pushes. Intensity and format can vary each week depending on how you feel on the day – it's your ride.

CIRCUITS
FULL BODY STATION TRAINING - a mix of everything, indoors & Outdoors
A mix of cardio and strength exercises set up in varying stations. Format, workout timing and equipment can vary week to week.
